We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect selections regarding products, sizes, designs, colors, spellings, quantities, or production timing.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged PRIOR TO USE. This means if there were to be issues with the garment's construction, design, or material components that exist upon receiving the product (check over garments at pickup time). While not always immediately visible must be noticed prior to use.
Examples of Product Quality Defects:
This refers to damage that occurs during the normal and intended use of the product or caused by improper care of garments. Like normal, clothing will show signs of aging with regular wearing, washing, and use. We cannot guarantee against normal wear and tear such as stains, holes, or fraying that develop after the garment has been used. We will not issue refunds or replacements for normal wear and tear and improper wash and care.
If damage was due to improper use or treatment of handmade goods such as dropping a cup, placing a cup in the dishwasher/microwave, washing apparel in HOT water, the use of fabric softeners, bleaches or dyes or drying custom apparel in a dryer on anything but LOW heat. These are just SOME examples of things that could potentially cause an item to break, wear fast or result in damage and we will not be liable to replace.
